Audra Lamoon is the driving force behind Livewire Performance, a consultancy known for transforming service culture across real estate, hospitality, and retail sectors. With over 25 years of experience beginning in aviation and evolving into global leadership, Audra brings a people-first strategy and deep behavioural insight to every engagement.

Through Livewire, she has trained thousands, from C-suite leaders to frontline staff, helping brands such as The Walt Disney Company, Hines, Greystar, Invesco, The Carlyle Group, Al-Futtaim, Jamestown, Mercure Hotels, and others deliver exceptional customer experiences. Her dynamic and empathetic style leaves a lasting impact on both team performance and guest satisfaction.

Audra also leads Livewire’s Experiential Mystery Shopping, a distinctive reporting platform that links real-time service insights with learning outcomes and measurable change.
